RemitNow refers to the service provider, registered as an independent remittance
dealer with AUSTRAC.
“You” or “Your” refers to service users or a customer.
Please note that you are bound by these terms and conditions from the time you sign in and register as a customer or use this website to request for a Service.

RemitNow Obligations
- It is bound by law to use reasonable care in processing all transactions and to make an immediate refund on any transaction not completed.
- In exercising care, it has the right to ask questions on source(s) of fund and/ or reason(s) for sending money.
- Delivery time for each transaction may vary depending on some circumstances such as network failure, bank network downtime or any unforeseen circumstances that is beyond control which may reasonably impact on service delivery time.
- It will give adequate information to its customers whenever a transaction is completed or when there is an unusual delay.

Clients obligations
- You must be 18 years or above before you can place a contractual request on this website.
- You have contractual agreement with RemitNow once you submit a request.
- You must provide true and accurate information about yourself as indicated on the website.
- It is your duty to provide accurate bank and account details of beneficiary. RemitNow shall not be liable for money paid out if it has executed the transaction in accordance with the instructions you have provided. However, a reasonable step shall be taken to recover paid fund.
- RemitNow shall not accept any responsibility for loss or damages to you or any other person resulting from non-payment or delay in payment of money to payee if the non –payment or delay is as a result of a breach of your obligations as listed above.
- RemitNow shall not be responsible for any fees incurred for using any payment channels used to execute transfer instructions.
- RemitNow has the right to refuse to execute a payment instruction when it feels that customer is not providing accurate information or for any other reasons as it deems fit.
- As permitted by law, once an Instruction to transfer money has been received, a customer does not have the automatic right to revoke it.
- You acknowledge and agree that, when you make a transfer request on this website, RemitNow has the right to cancel and make a refund to you, or place a limit on transfer requests.
- You consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes of providing the Service, including for verification purposes.
- RemitNow has right to disclose information about you to the government or to other regulatory authorities as required by law.
- Either you or RemitNow can terminate these terms and conditions within two days of written notice.
- These terms and conditions can be updated without a prior notice to you.
